I think it's a great idea for Russian and English speaking people to partner up and help each other out with Russian/English. It works great to practice speaking, as well as figuring out as a team explanations for mysterious grammar rules Also, practicing with a variety of people expands your horizon and learning opportunities I am currently talking to 2 native Russian speaking people, and I learn different things from both of them.
