Хоть бы его там не было! - Блииннн его там нету!

I can get most of this translated, but i am unable to make a correct sentence of this, Блииннн is untranslatable for me Smile can someone please help me in getting this phrase translated with meaning aswell.

Блин - переводить не надо, обычно это возглас разочарования.

Я хочу, чтобы его там не было! - Его там нет!

I want he will not be there! - Wow, he is not there!

I went with the "darn it" translation, because блин is a euphemism for another word (in the same way that darn is a euphemism for damn). As qza said, блин is typically used to express frustration/disappointment. But context-wise, "wow" fits better, because the speaker's wish came true. I haven't seen it used to express something positive before, but I guess in this case блин is being used kind of like "dayum".

...and this 'another word' is word of obscenities and foul language.

both quite opposite in meaning though

It is because the first phrase means the wish of his absence, but the first word of next phrase usually means the frustration of his absence or... gladness of this. It can be in women Smile.
