The book consists of 6 parts. The part 1 is named "Poor Russian". If you have studied this part, so you can make simple sentences. After that you can live in Russia, do shopping, read some words.
The part 2 is named "Good Russian". If you have studied this part, so you can speak and understand, read and write, if you know enough words.
The part 3 is named "Excellent Russian". If you have studied this part, you would know any information from this book.
The part 4 is named "Complete Russian grammar rules", this part consists of alll Russian grmmar rules according to Russian Academic Grammar.
The part 5 is named "Answers", it consists of answers for some exercises.
The part 6 is named "Texts", it consists of some texts for translating.

Available from the author ( tsekhovoi @ mail.ru ) or in Dom Knigi on Nevski Prospekt in Sankt Peterburg.

It doesn't start out, "In the beggining, God..." but the first short word to memorize is Вог. This book is difficult if you do not yet know Cyrillic but that is addressed in part 4. Learning from this book requires access to a dictionary.

The English grammar used is less than accurate but it comes highly recommended by a native Russian. The cost of 100 rubles is affordable. I may comment more as I use this book.
