Hi all,

I wonder if someone could give me an approximate English equivalent of молоко за вредность давать?

The exact sentence I want to translate is:
я тебе за вредность должен молоко давать.

Thank you!

"молоко за вредность" - this is from radionuclear industry of ussr. workers of nuclear plants, reactors, isotope plants, etc(this is a secret Smile ) were able to get additional (free of charge) products - milk and pectin. Because this products help to remove(accelerate) isotopes from a human body.

я тебе за вредность должен молоко давать.
it mean that you have so bad temper, that I should(must) give you a milk!

naturally he(she) must say - your temper is so bad, that I should drink a milk! but this prase is additionally changed to be more amusing. not - I should get a milk, but - I should give a milk to you!

Thank you very much! That makes things much clearer.

Yes, sorry, I will update my profile now. A reply in either language would have been fine, but English is definitely more helpful because it's my native tongue. Smile
