what does it mean "крутата" ?

it's a noun that means "cool thing"
it is used in informal speech
круто = cool
крутОта = крутотень = cool thing

скорее всего под "крутата" понимаются крутые люди, т.е новые русские или бизнесмены, ну или их дети... Smile

Настя, не путайте человека. Ну какой же это хирург? Хирург будет "surgeon". А человек спрашивает о персонале, который обеспечивает операцию с технической точки зрения: наркоз там, свет, аппаратура, датчики и т.п.

He described the "surgical technologist" as an assistent of surgeon, who makes light or in injection..
